J. Mark Fisher teaches an online course on estate planning for the University of West Florida campus for the Center for Lifelong Learning. The course provides an overview of estate planning, probate issues, estate taxes, Medicaid planning, asset protection and guardianship. The class begins on January 18, 2024, and meets once a week for eight weeks.
