Estate Planning for Florida Residents
J. Mark Fisher teaches a course on estate planning at the University of West Florida campus for the Center for Lifelong Learning. The course provides an overview of estate planning, probate issues, estate taxes, Medicaid planning, asset protection and guardianship. The classes begin in January and September of each year and meet once a week for eight weeks.
